Social Reviews #
Your business receives valuable Social Reviews on multiple social networking sites like Google My Business, Facebook, Airbnb, Yelp, etc. It’s no surprise you want to add them all to your WordPress site so that you can display all the reviews consecutively.
WP Social Ninja will let you add different Reviews on your site in just a few clicks. For instance, Social Platforms like Google My Business and Facebook. WP Social Ninja will help you to add all those sites with zero hassle.
Connect Review Channel (ex. Google My Business) #
To add Google Reviews on your site, you need to connect with the Google server to collect the reviews from their server.
In order to obtain Google Reviews successfully, select Google from All Platforms.
Firstly, you need to obtain Google Access Code.
Click on the Sign In And Get Google Access Code to get the Access Code. Clicking this button will open a new window. Here, you need to select the Email associated with your Google Business Profile account.
For other platforms just follow the steps after clicking on the platform.
Step 1 #
Continue with your business account.
Choose your e-mail account to continue with WP Social Ninja.
Step 2 #
Click on the Allow to grant access permission.
Step 3 #
Now copy the Access Code from here.
Step 4 #
Then paste the copied Access Code into the Google Configuration page to Configure Google Business Profile. Click on the Verify Code button to get the Google Reviews.
Step 5 #
You can also click on Connect New Account to get your reviews from multiple Business Accounts.
Create A Template #
WP Social Ninja allows you to Create a Template for the platforms available.
However, all the Platforms have a similar way to Create a Template. So, all you need to do is to follow the steps,since all the Platforms have similar ways to Create a Template.
Here, we will guide you on how to create an Airbnb template. Let’s get into it.
After obtaining your Business URL you can create your template. In order to do that, click on the blue Create a Template box.
After you click on the Create a Template button, you are taken to the awesome editor panel.
From the drop-down menu, you can see all the Platforms. Select Airbnb or you may select multiple Platforms.
All the Airbnb Reviews appear automatically as you have selected Airbnb. You may select more than one Platform or all the Platforms to fetch the reviews on your site.
Now you can click on Save Template and the Airbnb Template is ready!
Display On Your Website #
To display the social reviews on your website, go to Pages and either create a new page or select the page you want to include the reviews on by clicking or tapping on Edit with Page Builder.
Using the page builder, look in your elements list on the left hand side of the screen for the WP Social Ninja element and drag-and-drop that onto your page where you want it to reside.
Follow the settings options on the element menu to select which template/feed you would like to have on the page.
When completed making edits, select the Update button in green at the bottom left of your screen.
Social Feeds #
Just like Social Reviews, Social Feeds can also fetch feeds from your social networking site within a few seconds. For instance, Social Feeds like Instagram Feeds and Twitter Feeds will automatically enhance your business if you add them to your WordPress site.
The steps to connect WP Social Ninja to your social media networks is similar to connecting it to Google My Business as described above. Follow the instructions above to complete this step!
Social Chat #
WP Social Ninja has the feature to add Social Chat on your WordPress site just like Social Reviews and Social Feeds.
To be more precise, on your WordPress Site, you can also add Social Chat apps like Messenger. This will make your communication a lot easier and help you connect with more people wasting zero time.

Create A Chat Template #
With a wide range of available templates, you will be able to select a social chat interface that suits your website most.
Let’s check out how you can customize your Social Chat Template Layout by using your Telegram account.
Layout Type #
If you click on the Template option, you will see the Layout Type dropdown option. There are two types of Layout: Chat Box & Only Icons.
If you choose Only Icons, then you will notice a Floating icon appearing.
Template Types #
Here, from the right sidebar, click on the Template option.
A drop-down option will appear.
As you can see it comes with some pre-built templates, select any Template for your site!
Four types of Templates are available at the moment. General, Support, Feedback, and Sale.
Chat Header #
After Template, next comes Chat Header. From the dropdown option, you can see three changeable items; two of them are input fields and another is an image upload option.
From the pointed Profile/Page Name you can add the name or you may change/edit.
The next is Caption. From here you can change the Caption, for example – instead of “Typically replies within an hour”, you can add something else.
In addition, your business definitely has a unique identity that can be placed in the placeholder of a Profile Picture/Page Logo.
So you can change your profile picture or add a new one that suits your brand.
Welcome Message #
The next Layout is the Welcome Message.
Here, In the Welcome Message, you have the option to change your Greeting Message. Instead of “Hi! How can we help you?” you can replace your Greeting Message with something else.
Channel Buttons #
From the Channel Buttons, you can change two settings. Display Chat Icon and Chat Button Text.
First of all, you can turn on/off the Display Chat Button. Secondly, in the Chat Button Text, you can replace the default text with a new customized text.
Chat Bubble Button #
Here, if you click the Chat Bubble Button, a dropdown list will appear.
From this menu, you can write a Bubble Text, for instance, Need Help?
Next is Bubble Icon. From the drop-down menu, you can change the Bubble Icon. We have six Bubble Icons available at the moment.
You can pick any icon and click on the Save Template button.
